GROUND: 4-8 Business Days
FREE SHIPPING: ($99+ orders) 5-10 Business Days

SHIPPING CHARGES: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Return shipping costs are only reimbursable in cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

PROCESSING TIMELINE

Due to production times, our made-to-order product lead time ranges from 3-4 business days and items will not go out the same/next business day  or with upgraded shipping.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION TIMELINE

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number between 3-7 business days after placing your order. If you have not received this email after 7 business days, please contact us at hello@houseofkensington.com
