SHIPPING CHARGES:
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are only reimbursable in cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise.

UPGRADED SHIPPING

• Upgraded shipping must be added at the time of purchase.
• Upgraded shipping orders are now processed the next business day. (excludes weekends and holidays). 
• Items shipping from an alternate warehouse location are not eligible for upgraded shipping.
• Preorders are not eligible for upgraded shipping.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Due to production times, our made-to-order product lead time ranges from 3-4 business days and items will not go out the same/next business day  or with upgraded shipping.

UPS
You may upgrade to various UPS shipping options. Rates are calculated live using our discounted rates. These orders are processed the next business day. Delivery times are not guaranteed.
UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. UPS Ground can take 5-7 business days for delivery. 

PRIORITY MAIL
You may upgrade to Priority Mail with package Insurance for up to $15.00. These packages are processed the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 PM PST. These packages should arrive in 2-3 business days from the USPS, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
