FAQ's
I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS:
If you or your end customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
If you haven't registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN:
Fill out the return form on our website (HERE). Here are our guidelines for returns and exchanges:
• All products must be in the condition you received them. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged.
• All markdowns are final sale AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.
• All accessory purchases are final sale. Products can be returned within 60 days of initial purchase. Returns/exchanges can either be processed in-store or online.
• Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.
The House of Kensington does not offer refunds on merchandise purchased through our wholesalers. We do allow exchanges of products bought through our wholesalers if the item is currently stocked, full-priced, and has not been used, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged. All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt from the original point of purchase. Please refer to our wholesalers for their policies regarding returns and exchanges. The House Of Kensington will take care of re-shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items sent.

MY TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT
While we trust and value our carriers, issues can occur with the delivery every once in a while. We recommend checking with your neighbors to see if it was accidentally delivered somewhere nearby.
You can also contact the carrier directly to verify that they no longer have the package.
For best results, please call your local United States Postal Service (USPS) Office or 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). If your shipment can't be located, please us at returns@thehouseofkensington.com for assistance.
